Attention Parent Volunteers!!!!

We are preparing to host our Reality U Financial Literacy Experience on October 12th, 2022.  Reality U brings a bit of “reality” to students, teaching them about personal finance interactively and engagingly.  Students imagine their life as a 26-year-old and complete an online lifestyle survey, including questions about their occupation, marital status, use of credit cards, and current grade point average.  We are looking for volunteers to serve in one of our twelve booths that represent services and/or products that adults typically must purchase or consider each month.  If you are interested in participating please click the sign-up genius link below to select a time to help facilitate this experience for our 9th-grade Wildcats.  If you have further questions please contact Mr. Kirkland.

Voting Dates to Remember
Voter Registration Deadline: October 11, 2022
Absentee Ballot Request Dates: Accepted from now to October 28, 2022
Absentee Ballot Receipt Deadline: November 8 by 7:00 pm
General Primary Election: November 8, 2022

Register to Vote
To register to vote you must be:

• A citizen of the United States
  
• A legal resident of Georgia and of the county in which you will vote
  
• At least 17 1/2 years of age to register and 18 to vote*

If Registered to Vote, You May Vote by Absentee Ballot

• Request an Absentee Ballot application at Absentee Ballot SOS.Gov.
• For Cobb County residents, absentee ballot applications may be faxed to (770) 528-2458 or mailed/delivered to Cobb County Board of Elections at 995 Roswell St. NE, Marietta, GA 30060 by October 28.
• Absentee ballots must be received by November 8 at 7:00 pm.

On the My Voter Page select “My Voting Location” for voting precinct, absentee ballot dropbox locations and early voting dates and locations.
